A basement conversion with a ‘walk-on’ skylight window, served as an office & bedroom, which needed to be blacked out. Our blackout skylight blind system worked perfectly here.
At 750mm wide we were able to supply the blind without any visible guide wires . The blind is supported by a slender 50mm framework which also helps to cover light gaps.

This skylight blind system is powered by Somfy low voltage motors via a transformer/ receiver. Our client had recently completed building work and was able to provide a power supply - but equally this style of blind can be powered by our solar/battery system.
